Biceps - 13 in
Thighs - 22 in
Calves - 15 in
Stomach - 37 in
Chest - 38 in
Weight - 160 lbs

3 reps of 10 on pull-up machine 100 lbs
3 sets of 10 on free weights 10 lbs
3 sets of 12 sit-ups 10 lbs
3 sets of 8 push machine 35 on each side

20 minutes cardio

Every 1/2 Second a New Blog is Born

This is my seed, my spawn. I will nurture it and care for it, and one day it will grow up. But alas, as all blogs do, shizow will die. All I can hope for is that it will have a good run.

So this is my blog. I plan on writing about my feelings about life, love, politics, the news, or whatever. I'm far from interesting, so I don't expect anything to come of this, but it could be fun and informative.
